I just wanted to let everyone know that in a time when it seems like customer service is getting worse and worse that I can't say enough good things about Bushnell CS.

I took down my trail cameras at the beginning of December from the area I hunt 2 hrs from my home. I thought I would put them up around home to see what kind of deer there where on a couple places that I can hunt. The cameras set in my house for 2 weeks but when I went to put them up I couldn't get the screen to come on to tell me what the battery life was. It not only happened to one but to 2 of them. I tried everything I could think of and talked to CS on the phone. They told me to send them and and they would look at them. I bought the cameras in 2010 and it was getting close to the 2 year warranty expiring. I hadn't heard back from them and it had been about 2 weeks. I was going to call to check on the status today and before I did 2 brand new cameras showed up. Bushnell now has a customer for life.

Glad they helped you out. But as a product you bought 2 cams and both died so not a great average when will the next ones go out?
for me i have bought 4 of the bushnells and all 4 have tossed there cookies so 2 i returned to the store because one lasted 1 day and the other a week. The other 2 are here out of warranty and i can send them back but why? there going to charge me to fix them and in the end they will die also just like my others.
I see this same story over and over so i know it is not just me and you. And it's not just this brand because the moultries, cuddies, primos, wgi that i own all have died some i got repaired and other's i did not and have become decoy's for thieves,BUT as a whole the cam market sucks at best and i cant see most of them making it in a industry with the amount of returns they all are having.I guess they love a guy like me that will just throw them in the trash.

I do have a few cams with zero problems with and i will continue to buy them as for the others i will not. sorry for the rant.

This past year I have dealt with Browning, Muzzy and PSE's customer service and surprisingly they were all great. Here was the issues just as an FYI:

    - Bought a Browning BPS Pump shotgun that had a chipped rear sight ramp, Browning replaced it free of charge.
    - Bought a pack of Muzzy MX3's had one broadhead in a (3) pack that wasn't flying true, Muzzy replaced it free of charge.
    - Needed a small part for my bow "not a warranty issue", PSE replaced it free of charge.

Just like you, when companies do kind deeds like this it makes me want to continue purchasing their products.
