If anyone here is thinking of buying a Bushnell Trophy cam, I would recommend it. I bought the 2010 model with the black and white LCD and as some of you know I got one with a faulty sensor. I told the customer service rep. that It was for bear baiting and that it opened in 2 weeks. She told me that once I shipped it to send her a tracking # and she would send the replacement. Well, I sent her the tracking # and she emailed me back requesting a model #. I replied back with the # and she told me that it was out of stock and wouldnt ship for another week. Rather than making me wait a week (which I was perfectly fine with) she told me that they had the colored LCD Screen. So they gave me the next model up without paying the extra 50.00. The customer Service there is Phenominal or at least that is my experience. Now I cant wait to get it in the mail!!! CORRECTION: UPS just came to my door as I was typing this. They even shipped it 2 day air.....again, great customer service!
Yup. I tested it out and this one works good. I Camped out in front of the wildlife refuge headquarters to get a good spot bear baiting so I will put up some bear pics once the season starts on May 1st. Very pumped.
