Bushnell has two Low Glow cams. They don't call them blackflash because at three feet away I can see a very faint glow. But I have never seen a deer look right at my camera and get nervous. My three are actually 119466C as the model. They also have a 119467C which is the same camera but with a built in viewer. But for some reason they have been having audio and other problems with the 467 so I'd stay away from those.

It's a separate until that adds an extra 100 Blackflash IR emitters. It has a sensor cable that goes on the camera and as soon as the camera fires it also fires. Really neat and I highly recommend them. They can be bought for around $100.

As far as I know Uway and Spypoint are the only companies making these flash-extenders. The Uway unit is much smaller and has more options with your flash preference. I have never been happy with the IR pics from my Bushnell or the IR videos from my Leaf River. I just ordered one from Trailcampro and can't wait to try it out. The extender Ky Bob is using really improved his night videos.
