Now I know it's not about how much ground but the quality of ground you are on. Location is everything right? But I have been interested in leasing in IL and there are just so many listings for say 500 acres..... but 475 of those acres are Agriculture. There is enough timber to put a few stand locations at most! What's up with that? Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Hah - So true. And then they want $30 an acre for the whole thing too. The thing is, if it's within 4 hours of Chicago, someone that doesn't know better will pay for it. They just won't come back for the second year, but then someone else picks it up again. So that keeps the prices high......
I guess I can see that. Prey on the ignorant. What a scam. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
