Long time reader, first time poster. Figured now would be an opportune time to introduce myself to the forum. I recently moved back to the upstate NY region from NV (I hate lottery hunting by the way, makes me feel like the Man is telling me where I can play). I asked for a bow for Christmas, and my Pops gladly obliged. He gave me his Fred Bear Hunter he bought back in the late 90's. Went to a local archery store, and they told me everything is mechanically sound. Will be spending the upcoming months getting it tuned and ready for my first ever bow hunt.
