He has not posted here since my birthday, Nov 11, 08.

I hope he's okay. He's a good up and coming young lad.

I'll check HNI. (well he was on HNI yesterday so he's alive and well.)

He's still trying to figure out which shotgun to buy (HNI).
    Procrastination - yikes!

    Just a small update...

Unfortuantely we are only allowed to shoot one deer a year here in Oregon. And I drew a pretty hard to get "Traditional Muzzleloader" tag and I am very excited to get to hunt that season. So I will not be bowhunting blacktails this year...But defenitely will still be chasing the elk this bow season!

Actually got a game cam up on a good spot right now and going to hunt the coast for some bulls next weekend on the opener.

I havent been able to shoot my bow for about a month though...Broke the left collarbone wrestling with an ex-marine. Haha! But I think I did pretty good seeing as though he is about twice my size and he couldnt take me down until we somehow both landed on my shoulders. But whatever, stuff happens!

And I am actually in South Dakota right now...long way from home!
We took a roadtrip up into Idaho, then over to Montana and into Wyoming and to South Dakota, and we are now going to start heading back west today. Very pretty country over here!

I sure hope everyone is doing well and I am excited to see what kind of bucks are going to be arrowed this year! Wish I was on a team this year, but this tag is pretty rare so I would really like to punch a 50 cal hole in a nice big blacktail!

Well I am sure I will be on here more and am looking forward to talkin to you all again!

    Patrick
