Building a road to nowhere

Discussion in 'Whitetail Deer Hunting' started by Evan Nimalovitch, Jul 26, 2018.

  1. In a previous post I was wanting to cut a walking path to new grounds on a piece of property I hunt because of cattle and what I thought to be a "too large" of clearing to successfully find and hunt mature whitetail deer..

When I was double checking with the land owner, he suggested I don't waist my time, followed up with.. "I'll just do it with my loader.."
Anyhow, I couldn't have been happier, hear are a few action photos as I can not upload the video..

I may have to select a north west blind location as the new ground has at least 6 trails running through it, In size it is approx.. 4o yards long by 20 yards wide with thick cover to the north.
The total size of the hunting land is about 160 acres, the bush/timber im on is approx. 100 acres

however it did appear to have some visual bedding spots.. could this be an issue..?

    anyhow, hope you enjoy.

I'll say! That's super nice of that guy to help you out. Most wouldn't go out of their way like that. Heck of a gesture.
