Buffets

Why do some people at a buffet especially when crab legs are involved have to pile their plates like they havent F N ate for a week?

 

I stopped at a pizza place for lunch because they make a pretty good calzone for Minnesota and they had a buffet. I didnt care about the buffet because I was their only because of the calzone. I was seated so I could see the buffet and just shook my head as I watched quite a few people stack their plates like that was the last food on earth.

 

I like the ones who wrap **** up and napkins and stuff their purse..... so classy

We have a dude her in the shop, anytime I order pizza for my crew this dude LOADS his plate then he will come back for more. Then later in the day I will see him carting half a pizza home with him... lol

 

They are thinking they gotta get their money's worth.

 

I hate buffets ....too many dirty people with their hands near the food.
And clams are a great idea a Chinese buffet because they are so well known for all the best in fresh seafood ...

For me its the lazy factor, if I can fit everything I want on one plate I don't have to go back up.

 

I haven't eaten at a buffet since my first trip to Vegas about 12 years ago. I'm not a super picky eater but the first time you see something nasty on the sneeze glass you realize just how gross they really are.

Edit - Actually I have eaten the salad buffet at a local Brazilian steak house. I was still a little leary of it but the bacon they had made it all worth while.

 

I never eat at buffets they are nasty, too many folks rooting around in the trough ...

 

I think Tony will be a Grandpa or Atlas will kill a 150"er before I eat at one of those again.

yes he gets the right coupon to a buffet and he will be there double fisting the food.

 

Because they think they're getting away with something. The last laugh is on the glutton who thought they were getting much more than their money's worth. Almost all buffets that have crab legs will have SNOW crab legs (cheap), not to be confused with KING crab legs (expensive). The difference between night and day. Snow crabs are junk in my book. I wouldn't eat them if they were giving them away.

 

I stopped going to buffets years ago. Mostly because of the cold,nasty food, but also because of the type of people that Raxx is talking about.

Because Crab Legs aren't cheap and it is easy to eat 5-7 heaping plates.

 

You think fat people want to make extra trips?

 

Because they only put out 3 plates worth of crabs every half hour.

Plus that's the only decent food they have at buffets.
