Lets do a little research for some off season fun.

From 2005-2009 list all the bucks/does you have killed per year and gross score(best guess if you do not know)

    2005 Two bucks-135,125 3 does
    2006 One buck - 171 2 does
    2007 no bucks 3 does
    2008 One buck-101 1 doe
    2009 One Buck 124 2 does

In that time period I have killed 11 does
All Deer shot in MI, Most in the SLP and a few in the NLP

    2005 1 Doe
    2006 2 Button Bucks
    2007 2 Does & 2 Bucks (100" & 110")
    2008 1 Doe
    2009 2 Button Bucks & 1 Buck (112")

**and just for the record before some people bash me for taking button bucks! I take them as a last resort to fill the freezer! The only issue that I have is that in the past 11 years of hunting this property I have never seen so many button bucks in my life than the past 5 years. They are starting to out number the does and I would like a big doe but for some reason not haveing that kind of luck.

GERM, do you have a picture of that 171 buck you shot in 2006? I would love to see it.

Oh it'll happen for you. I have two farms that produce some whoppers but have never put it together yet. I will one of these days I hope.

Pretty oustanding list from guys in different locations. I am most impressed with Vito, a MI hunter who has not shot a buck(just because he can) shows a lot of dedication in trying to shoot a mature deer in MI. It's extremely hard to do, I am sure he has hunters around him pounding away at 1.5 year olds.
