    Don't worry bout me, I have got my eyes on a bruiser 3 pt half-rack... i'm talkin 10" main beam, 2" brows, and 4" G-2's... he is a beast:p

Funny you mentioned Valley Forge Park... my best-friend lives out in Lancaster now and we were just talking about that place on Tuesday night. The projected deer numbers there are crazy, the one figure I saw said it was around 250 deer per square mile:eek:

That number may be conservative. Last I heard they were in the final voting stages to have White Buffalo come out and sharpshoot the deer. They will never allow hunting there since it is a federal park. I don't know that the sharpshooters are the answer though because it is all small wood lots and neighborhoods outside the park that are also overpopulated so whatever they kill will be replaced as the other overpopulated areas disperse into the park.

BTW, that 3 point half rack sounds pretty good. Good thing you're not in a 4 pts. to a side zone.;)

You are in some serious trouble because I've been seeing the same buck out in this yard everytime I drive by. He's a good one and he is out there all the time so I know I've got him patterned. Here's a pic I took the other night:

Nah, that's only up his way. The only thing wierd about the bucks down here near Philly is they all speak ebonics.

Instead of "Meh!" we say "Whaddup!" to get them to stop.

I'm up against bbm already but had I had my cast on, now son.....your only limited by your own excuses. I was in a tree stand with a cast and my crutches laid at the base of the tree. I rode my mountain bike when I couldn't walk it, hobbled, was dropped off, whatever it took. It's really up to you. Good luck.

True but he is not as old as Jeff and Rob so he can take his time to heal. The clock is ticking on you too old farts, besides his girl is "taking" care of him on the couch:D

Jeff are you trying to bet again, I could have swore I read somewhere you stated, I will never bet again on deer hunting.

Let your bow and arrow do the talking:p

Mine is totally different situation, i have no cast and i just got a very delicate surgery that even if i step down on right leg i have ruin my knee for the rest of my life. The doctors don't even want me to go out at all. But there is nothing that is going to keep me out of the woods atleast a couple times.

Great looking Bucks there IV... Hope ya score on one of them, early! I need the pressure, thrive on it, actually, eat it like mothers chicken soup on a cold winter day!

I sat next to a guy at a show today his small buck mount was a 173" biggest was 193+ wit some broken tines...actually they don't look that big in person! My sights are set high, which is easy with still a week left before the opener.
    ;)
When does Iowa come in or has it?
