I will be heading out with my boy in the morning. We will be sitting a buddy stand over alfalfa. We are both super stoked!

Good luck fellas. I drove to Oklahoma today and hung a stand on public land. Season starts tomorrow but I'm not hunting opening day on public land. Hope each of you has a great weekend.

Passed on a couple 50 pointers this morning hoping mr. big would be with them but just 2 button bucks. If the does come out tonight no free passes.

Had a doe, 2 fawns and a small 7pt buck pass my front door at 3:15 today. Didnt get a shot off and didn't go out. Bad weather. Hopefully tomorrow

Nothing this morning trying a new spot tonight, then back to the stand where I saw the 3 doe and the 2 button buck Monday morning

 

Nothing but does and fawns yesterday. They all got a pass from me. That lone doe I was looking for never came through. Have a wedding today so had to take the day off. So until next time. Good luck everyone, stay safe!

Same here brother, took Columbus Day off so I'm going to go hard Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! Have this storm moving in, hurricane Matthew, but it looks like the forecast is getting better so fingers crossed! Last thing I need is rain and high winds!

 

I'll also be out Saturday and Sunday. Looks like it should be at least 15 degrees cooler than Friday. I just want to point out that the team in first place only has one buck down but everybody else has taken a doe. Doe will win this thing for sure. Don't pass an opportunity if you get one to take a doe. Good luck.
