brush grubber

    anybody have any luck with these? Got some new property this year and plan on clearing a few food plots however, some of the area's were looking at, are very thick. We would be using small to mid size (400-600) 4WD ATV's, do you think this would work? The bulk of the trees that need cleared are small in diameter.

    I wish I had experience, I've been wanting to get one but it seems like there's always higher priorities for my money. If you get one, let us know how well it works.

    It would be ''much faster'' using a chainsaw!

    You can accomplish the same thing with a chain. Just wrap it around the brush/sapling a couple times.

    My grandad got one of these to tinker with. Sure you could just do it with a chain but they work just like the say they do. I like it personally

    Yeah,

    I've used a 1/4'' chain too and used my JD tractor to pull them out!

    We use a length of cable, such as winch cable, and wrap it around brush and small trees. Works well.
