browning x-cellerator help!!!!!

i was recently given a browning x-cellerator bow and i cannot find an instruction manual anywhere. do i need a bow press to adjust the draw length on this. how do i know the specific draw weight when adjusting it? please help

 

My best advice would be to take it to your local shop and have them go thru it with you.
