Got the cam today. I have to say, even for the low price, it is a VERY well made camera. The water seals are very high quality and fit is tight. I'd trust it not to leak. The case is solid, very ridges. The latches are tight. It uses a photoresistor rather than one of the LEDs to test for ambient light (IR LEDS suck for this for accuracy). Just by looking at it, you'd say it was a very high quality cam. We will see how it performs!
