No sweat Bobcat. I feel like $hit now. Hopefully this will be gone by next week!
I wouldn't have killed a doe feeling that way either.
On the other hand you better keep Momma happy!
    Happy wife, happy life!

I know what AZ is saying.

We are a great group of guys that all enjoy what we do.
It is hard to get 12 strangers together and not have an issue.
I personally feel like I've made 11 new friends.
    Let's win this thing!

Well gents it all connected for me this morning! It's a fergie buck so I hope I didn't just shoot this team in the foot and kill a brute in the up coming days. Either way, I'm proud of this deer. My mouth was watering when I say him so I had to lay the smack down in him!
As they say, don't go grocery shopping hungry. Well I'll add to that....don't go hunting hungry when you want to pass young bucks!

    Here's the story.
I sat in one of my only pinch point stands. It's a strip of oaks that have a pond in one side for a quarter mile and a field on the other. So if the deer don't want to swim or go through the fields, they have to come through this woods. I sat under slew of white oaks, which were still raining acorns. I thought my chances were dag good this morning.
I used my kayak to get across the pond so I didn't spook any deer. Well at about 8:30 I saw my kayak drifting away without me....dang it forgot to tie it off.
At 10 i hadn't seen anything so I decided to pack up. As I was reaching to get my bow I heard s deer jump right under me and run to 20 yards. He crept to s opening and before I could think I had my pin on him. I gave a quick little grunt and he stopped. I let the arrow fly right through his heart. He ran 100 yards and died! +50 for the team!

This is terrible. I couldn't quit coughing. So I'm on here to see what is new.
Good Luck if anyone is hunting today. Gonna try to get a little sleep.
