    [​IMG] well I made the mile long walk back only to find that the tree I've had my eyes on for my climber was just a bit too big... So I walked across the field and found this spot and oh man do I like it! Just rattled a little and let a few soft grunts out let's see what happens

    Had a doe burst out of the woods from behind me and blow across the field while a train was going by so I didn't hear anything I just seen her running and by the time I stood up and said "what the ****" a big 8 was already sneaking by me... I grunted and stopped him grunted again he started coming toward me but he sniffed me out and ran back after the Doe

    Starting Thursday I will be hitting it hard. Hoping to have November 7th-11th off but not sure yet because we are short handed. Whether I get it off or not I will be hunting every day.

    Well boys it's finally my Friday!!! After a super long stretch of 10 12hr shifts I finally get to enjoy my week off! To bad they are calling for damn spring time temps instead of fall temps! Mother Nature really needs to get her **** together! 2 years in a row it's been this warm with rut starting to ramp up!
