What fits you is the most important thing. If the name is the most important thing, you are doing it for the wrong reason.
Got some great news this weekend. If you look back on page 10 I posted a pic of the buck I missed last year and thought he got shot two days later. Well one of the other guys that hunts the same property that I do got him on his camera(video mode) and he is bigger! If he gets shot then I can post pics, until then we are keeping him off the internet.
That is the reason you don't see many pic's of bucks from me. Same reason that when people ask me where I hunt I tell them, in the woods.

Finally it is starting to cool off a little and we are getting in to the dark of the moon. It was in the lower 50's here this morning. Planning on getting out to hunt tomorrow after work. Wind is supposed to be right and it is supposed to be cool. That is weather speak. That way if I'm wrong I can tell everyone it was a complex weather situation and tough to forecast. My thought is, if the weather men/women would just look outside instead of relying on high dollar equipment they might be a little more accurate. I'm done complaining.
Well boys, we survived the hurricane and only lost power for 4 days. A lot of folks lost everything. This coming weekend looks like a promising one, 10 degree drop in temperature from Thursday to Friday and another 10 degree drop from Friday to Saturday. I'm going to do my best to hunt Friday after work, we'll see how the rest of the week is for the wife and kiddo. My little girls top teeth are coming in and her nights have been restless. I don't think I'll hunt Saturday because the wife and I are celebrating our second year anniversary. Her parents will keep our daughter for the day and me and the wife will spend the day reliving old times of hiking/adventures and night time bond fires and looking at the stars with our telescope. No complaints here tho, the woods will still be here after. After that, its game on!! We need deer meat and I need some time in the woods. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Went out this morning had 2 doe at 35 yards.... Shot at the bigger one and she ducked my arrow..... So frustrating lol I aimed low thinking she'd Jump my string at 35 and oh boy did she...
