They are doing the elk herd in the Mark Twain Forest which is in Southern Missouri.

Went out this evening on WI opening day and had 7 does come past me. There was a bunch more out in the greenfield about 200-300 yards in front of me. Checked my cameras before hunting and I have a new shooter buck. I will post some pics tomorrow, but as a teaser I think his nickname is going to be super wide

I believe I have in the past but where we live now we don't have cable or satellite. We just have our local channels. I miss cable some but we have way too many things to do around the farm to be sitting on the couch watching tv.
The only thing I see much of now out of Branson is my wife's Uncle, who is part of Hunt Co. Look them up at HuntCo | Branson, Missouri | Hunting Television

 

Damn I went camping over the weekend left the phone in the truck... Congrats to you guys on knocking some deer down! I can't wait for opening day Saturday! I'm getting really pumped

I'll check them out. Growingdeer.tv are online, just like BHOD. I just cast the episodes to our chrome cast on the tv. We don't have Cable either, only Amazon Prime.
Thankfully we still get all the oldies, Andy Griffith and Doc Quinn (the wife loves that one), and she's bummed they don't have Little House on the Prairie.

I've got bad news boys....while I was out practicing this afternoon I did this...
I was at half draw and punched myself right in the mouth. I now have a bow out of commission and a headache.

I think we got a booner on our farm in Georgia. Been chasing him for 2 years. Showed up outta no where. Plan on harvesting this guy with my new Halon 6. Wish me luck!
