Well after passing Does and small Bucks the first 3 weeks it was time to let one fly. It has cooled off nicely and im on long vacation any way! A group of Does came by just before this one but they were running like they were being pushed. I noticed this one approaching but was wondering why the others were running. I watched her back trail for about 5 minutes while she fed around me and finally decided there was nothing behind her. At 17 yards she was quartering severly away. I put it between her shoulders and squeezed it off. It sunk past the fletching and came out here brisket smack between here front legs. She only made it 30 yards before pileing up. For those of you that dont I won the Mathews in a drawing at the Bowhunting.com get together and let me tell you, its one sweet shooting Bow so it felt good to finally get a kill with it.
Nice one Hammerhead, if you would have had those enourmoulsy fat fingers of your right hand closer to her head she would have looked like a Booner!!! Is that the safety rope I made for you years ago? >>>Ka-Tow<<<
