Ok, after shooting an inexpensive bow for 6 years and landing a job that doubles my salary, my wife is getting me a monster. Now my question is what broadheads are good flight wise for that high of speed? Archery shop is suggesting mechanicals, such as "meat seekers". I' like fixed. Is there any fixed broadheads that fly true at high speeds? Is there any suggestions for mechanicals?

I shoot Grim Reaper Hades fixed blades. I shoot them out of my Bowtech 82nd Airborne at over 300fps. They shoot the best for me. I have tried many different fixed blades. I shot a buck with them last year and watched him drop in about 40 yards. Thats my choice fwiw.

try slick tricks. very stable at high speed, scary sharp, and rough as nails.

For a fixed blade head, the G5 strikers always fly the best for my bow. The G5 tekans (mechanical) are dead on FP accurate as well.

check out the Reigns (sold here). Check out ephunting.com for more info. I call it a hybrid. Shot my first deer w/ them tonight and it really did the job. Just as accurate as my field pts.
