Has anyone shot the Cabela's Lazer Strike II broadhead and if so what are your thoughts? Also, if I'm shooting a 2014 Hoyt Charger 50-60# and it's not cranked all the way up to 60+, am I making a mistake shooting a mechanical?
I dont know anything about the head, but I guess its mostly up to personal preference. a fixed is always the safest way to go in my opinion, with mechanicals theres always doubts, but a fixed blade is just gonna penetrate right on impact and all the way through, but I think your blw is capable of getting god penetration with a mechanical. but yeah thats just my way of thinking, hope it helps.
