I used the G5 Montec CS for the first time this year. I would give the broadhead a 4.5 out of 5. I shot a 100 Grain with my set up and really liked it. The broadhead is very sharp. I killed one 3.5 year old buck with it and I feel like I could put it through another deer without sharpening it. Very Strong head as well. The broadhead flew just like my field tips which is always a plus. The only thing that made it lose a .5 was the blood trail that came with it. The head did a great job. Full passthrough double lung and did enough damage that the deer only ran about 80 yards... But the entrance and exit holes were very fine sharp slits that did not allow a lot of blood to pump out. Obviously it pumped out enough because I was able to recover the deer. I am on the fence about using them next year but I am leaning towards giving them another shot!!

I've never shot a deer with the montecs, but my friend hit a deer perfectly with one and lost it because the wound channel was too small and the deer did not bleed enough. he was using the 100 grain heads
