    Brett Favre files his retirement papers with the NFL (again). He is retiring! I can hardly believe it. Seriously I really can't.... ya know? This is it! I think. He's done! I'm assuming/hope. It is it isn't it? Or maybe not? Probably though. hmmmmmmmm
