I didn't once I was traveling for business with a guy and he wanted to stay in some reopened old hotel out in Oregon. We check into this place and the rooms didn't have TV's there were 4 bathrooms on each floor of the hotel. I made it thru the night and at breakfast all they had was garden sausage. Yeah had to let that guy go.

They grind up vegetarians and make 'em into sausage? Doesn't sound tasty. Ground up pigs make the best sausage.

I love breakfast for dinner, I think it's cause I rarely have time to eat a real breakfast. Biscuits and gravy is one of the best dishes ever for any meal.

Biscuits and gravy is more me something better in a resturaunt than at home, I also know better than to expect excellent biscuits and gravy north of the mason Dixon.

Anyone else like a couple of over easy eggs on top of their biscuits and gravy?

And once again 'I agree with Hooker'. When you have to add so many chemical to turkey to even suggest there is a porcine parallel, it's a crime.

Same corollary applies to veggie "burgers".

Biscuits and sausage gravy-fine. Bacon and eggs, side of toast and maybe some cherry peppers-good too. Eggs, grits and a pork product-sure I live in the south. Waffles, french toast or pancakes with anything but hog brains.

Because I've had between a dozen to 130 chickens in the past several years, we eat A LOT of eggs. I usually buy bacon ends (from real bacon) and then chop it into to small pieces. Cook it with chopped onions and then mix in a bunch of eggs. Cook it all up and then serve it on tortillas with some cheese and salsa. It might be breakfast or lunch or dinner. :)

I don't even like breakfast for breakfast. I'm the opposite, I would rather have dinner for breakfast. Nothing like leftover pizza and wings to get things going in the morning.

Sometimes, in order to give me a break, my husband will whip up that exact same thing. we like it on corn tortillas, but the girls and I don't care for salsa.

I eat breakfast for dinner quite often. Especially when I work night shift, nothin like waking up at 6:00 pm and eating a pile of bacon, eggs and hash browns. I love it!
