I read in this article: http://www.bowhunting.com/publisher/Bowhunting-Knowledge/2008/9/9/bowhunting-basics that you shouldn't really buy a bow with a brace height under 7 inches unless you're an accomplished shooter. A few months ago I bought my wife a PSE Chaos FC and we just measured the brace height and it's slightly below 6 inches. Does the same apply to women's bows or was the message primarily concerning men's bows? Thanks. 2Q: What does "forgiving" mean when concerning a bow? Thanks again.
