Shrinking unions = shrinking middle class = growing poverty level, while at the same time company CEO's and CSA's going from 20% to 400% over laborers wages in 30 short years due to offshoring our jobs. It don't take a elementary school diploma to figure that out. Corporate greed is what has raped this Country, and they spend millions to keep us dumbed up. I can think of 29 coal miners that would be alive right now if they had a union.

Really, lets see, I have worked Union and non union jobs from little pump houses in northern MI to Sky Scrapers in Detroit, down the east coast to SC, AL, Water oil separators in LA, German Wheel in ILL to Coal Washing plants all accross KY. I have even taught Risk Assessment classes for guys like you. Spent several years overseas (in the military) and seen child labor for american companys first hand. And I have yet to see one that was not! I have seen a nasty preachers daughter, 2 of them! Now I'm pissed, I never got to stand around on a Union Job. I did see some guys smoking dope on a scab job though. Guys like you take our jobs to China! If there was an award on here for foot in mouth, you would win it hands down. My family is from Eastern KY and VA they owned Coal Mines in VA, My Daddy was a coal miner, Sister, My wife was the first woman in a non union mine. Hows that foot tasting there Professor Know it all. 29 of them don't care one way or the other right now, and I can tell you this, almost all deaths are in non union mines. Go look for yourself. No doubt Josh, 265 deaths in the mines since 2002, 235 of them were in non union mines. But oh heaven forbid if someone wrote up a grievance for the intake air going the wrong direction or being made to work under an unsafe unsupported roof.
