Anyone shot this bow? I am seriously thinking about looking at/shooting one when I can. Not interested in it for target......maybe some 3D and for my next hunting rig. I sort of miss the longer A to A length bows. I swear I don't know how anyone really loves these newer, shorter bows. Good for treestands only IMO. My '08 Allegiance will never be sold or traded, but its about as short as I ever want to shoot. From the pics the Specialist looks like a winner to me.

Smooth draw on it, no vibration if i recall. If it did it's nothing a stabilizer won't cure.

shot it at the ATA really nice bow. smooth on the draw small buzz (from flex guard) and extremely dead on the shot will make a great target bow or a great hunting bow for a finger shooter.

I Agree! I'm not sold on all these short bows either. I really prefer something in the 33" to 35" range minimum.

I'm not sure why everyone thinks they need a 31" or less bow to hunt out of a treestand. I remember when 40" bows were considered short. I've never had trouble with a 35" bow in a treestand, or blind or a 40" bow for that matter.

It would be nice to see companies offer some options instead of leaving such a huge hole between 32" and 38" If you notice the posts on a lot of threads pertaining to the short bows there are a lot of guys feel the same as I do and even more who do but won't say anything :)
