I need to contact Bowtech directly. I ordered some modules for a Guardian and I was told they would be here in a couple days. Well that was 8 days ago. Can anyone help me with a phone number? The number I called to get the pro shop has been taken off the website. Help!

Who did you order the modules from? Your dealer, or Bowtech directly?

Interesting... I just called it and got the same thing, I tried to push "0" like you can do on all other recordings and it didn't work. Then I pushed "*" and that automatically ends your call. So does pressing "1". Hmmmmmm...

Maybe their phone answering service was engineered by the guy who developed the Captain?

Yep. Same thing happened to me. Last week when I called, I got a lady and she sent me directly to the pro shop and I ordered the modules. Within a couple days they had taken the number off the website all together. Now the only "contact us" info on the site is via email. F that, I know that will take forever!

Ok what a bunch of crap!! I just got off the phone with them

I called them on the 17th to order the modules. The guy said he would get the order out THAT DAY. They didn't run my CC until the 20th!!! Now they're saying they won't be here until the 28th?!?! My season starts on the 1st. I'm not happy now. 11 days for friggin modules. Give me a break.

Why didn't you go through a local shop? They usually have these in stock?

The "local" shop is 1.5 hrs away from here. Plus when I was on the phone with Bowtech ordering the modules, they guy said they would ship out that day. I had no reason not to believe him.

I tell this to all my customers in my daily job, ALWAYS get the name of the person you talked to. Always.

Yeah but the Factory Pro Shop is 3000 miles away from you...:)

The best thing to do is start with your closest dealer and then work out from there. Dealers can ship mods and the ship times would be much quicker since they're closer.

Just keep in mind that dealers are not allowed to ship bows...
