Thats not what im saying. Im saying i have a 2000 Bow Tech Mighty Mite that i have registered this is my bow the serieal numbers on the limb sticker has worn off. Now if i find another Bow Tech Mighty Mite at a yard sale with no SN'S on it would i be able to get it fixed i didnt buy the bow new no but how would they know any different thats what im getting at. Just a what if. All im saying is if they would they be willing to fix it without the serial numbers?

And GMMAT i appreciate all of youre opinions. He has tried talking to them, going to the dealer, talking to them over and over and over being nice saying he was sorry for not filling out the card everything. He went that route first and BowTech was trying to help they told him he could register it now but he does not have the darn #'s so what is he to do? If they were willing to let him register it why cant they figure a way to do without the numbers?

Just a thought here...I wonder if by "under the grip" BT meant that the grip is covering the serial #.
I don't know much about BT bows so I don't know if it would be possible to remove the grip.
Like I said, just a thought...

No the dealer is shut down and dont even know the name of the guy who had it. I can see if i can find out the name of the shop and maybe someone on here might know who owned it. Do ya think that would help? A nd yes i agree they were doing everything they could. But ya know how it is. You just get wound up. Thats why i i regeristed my bow so i didnt have to deal with all of this.

Call out the reinforcements! Give it to a kid (son, daughter, niece, nephew, friend) that is no older than 10 tears old. Tell them you'll give them $10 if they can find the "tiny" numbers on it. Give them 1 hour then try another kid, probably won't take 15 minutes.

    That's what I'd do...

Just speaking from my own experience with my Diamond (BT). I think you're lucky just to have gotten someone on the phone. I left 2 vm's last week and never got a call back. Tried to call them again at the beginning of this week, got vm again and didn't leave one this time. Thing is, I didn't have a claim, I was trying to spend money on a part for my bow and still couldn't get a call back. Ended up having to go to Bass Pro to get an aftermarket part. Don't get me wrong, I love my Diamond. I'm just not impressed with their service at all.

Kinda strange, I have had the absolute best service from BowTech out of any company that I have ever dealt with (hunting or not). I had limbs on my 04 Liberty crack, had them replaced with no questions asked, they cracked again, and BowTech offered me the option to replace the limbs again or they would upgrade me to any 2005 model free of charge.... so I was the happy owner of a 05 Ally.

Your first problem was the way you started this post, it would have been much easier to contact, Matt, Rob, Scott, or any of the other BowTech staff members on this message board and ask for their help as they are always willing to help somebody out who politely asks for it.

Yeah, it was Cassleman Valley Sports shop, and the owners name was Mark, but I can't think of his last name. They have been closed for 5 or 6 years and don't think his is around anymore, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure who deals Bowtech around here anymore.

This may be the closet dealer to you according to the bowtech website.

Update: My buddy took his bow back to the dealer on Friday and dropped it off the dealer said he would try to get it covered but if not he'd have to pay for the limbs. Called him today Bow Tech covered the limbs he will get it back on Thursday only cost him $25.00 for the labor i told him he should buy some arrows or broadheads or something to show his appreciation to the dealer. He has got himself a couple new customers now for sure just sucks he's 50 miles away:( But just wanted to let everyone know what is going on and say thank you Bow Tech! And say sorry for any comments i may have made to offend anyone i was just a little riled up that day.
