I did some reading on it now, and I saw that a lot of people stuffed their string stop with foam or ear plugs. I will definitely have to check out getting a new one.

I tried stuffing mine and it didn't make much of a difference. That's why I made a new one.

I kind of figured that. I stuffed mine last night. I'll shoot it today to see if it makes a difference, but I plan on getting the bow rattler, unless I could make one, but I'm not sure I'm that talented... How did you make yours?

3/8" aluminum round stock from Lowes. Cut to length, I added the stock dampener, a bowjax string stopper, and a Bowjax cable rod dampener. I also wrapped it with a wrap from Onestringer. But you could paint it. I painted the one I made for on my Experience. I posted a pic of the one on my Assassin earlier in the thread.

I hear the Bowrattler's work great though.

Well, stuffed the string stop, and shot last night, and I didn't notice any difference. I think I will try to make my own, seems really easy, and I like to tinker. If it doesn't work, I will buy a bow rattler.
