    I grow one every winter. My girls hate it. I got my middle daughter to eat deer steak so she could shave me. It was back the following month. This is the longest I've had it, this was about five years ago. MVC-330F.JPG
    I think it may be time to do it again.

    I started growing one until my daughter made fun of me for all the grey. Teenaged daughters are a pain!

    I start growing it on opening day and don't shave again till a buck hits the ground or the season ends. Really hope to shave it before mid January!

    This will be my first hunting season with the clean shaven look....ughhh. One day in like 20 years I guess I can start growing a beard again. :)

    Mine began this week. It's not so much a playoff beard, just a good excuse to change things up.

    I shave the night before opening morning, then nothing until a buck falls. Just to point out, my "beard" is rather patchy and I too look like Joe Dirt. Its a fun way to have a little fun and look like a dumb@$$ for a few months.

    The wife hates it :)

    I have had a mustache of some sort for 35 yrs. The current iteration has been this way for 20 some years. I am styling a different haircut this season though.

    I can't grow a beard, wish I could.
    Years past when I had lots of time off, I wouldn't shave until I got one & sometimes I got pretty scruffy. I might just let the goatee go without trimming this year. It's been a while since I haven't kept it trimmed regularly.

    The king is wise, Mr. Siman makes sure when he comes home empty handed after every hunt, that he does not sit alone in the dark.

    The last 2 years I tried not to shave until a killed a deer. Last year for some reason or another I had to shave and the next day I killed my buck totally clean shaven. I normally sport a goatee so I'm not sure what to do this year.

    i used to rock it like this...
    summer = clean
    spring/fall = chin and stache
    winter = beard
    been rocking the once a week shave head and face and kinda like it. a lot easier to fall asleep with out all that hair on my head.

    I started mine over a month ago. I had to trim up the moustache a little bit as it was starting to hang over my lip. I don't plan on shaving it until I kill a deer.

    At Team 18 it doesn't matter if we grow beards because we wear our Ninja masks.
