    Bought some stuff from Bowhunterssuperstore a couple of weeks ago;

    NEET YOUTH ARMGUARD $6.99
    ARM GUARD $5.99
JUDO SCREW IN POINTS 2 PK100 GRAIN $5.50
    BOWHUNTER RELEASE GLOVEAP CAMOLARGE $28.99
    PLANO BONE COLLECTOR CASE $117.95
    SCENT BLOCKER FLEECE MASK $23.05
    SCOTT WOLF RELEASE $86.99
Scent Blocker Bone Collector Dream Season Protec XT Jacket AP XL $241.90
Scent Blocker Bone Collector Dream Season Protec XT PANT AP XL $149.10

First ordered the Scent Blocker Bone Collector Mack daddy jacket and pant, but they had no jacket in XL left so I asked what was in stock of other Bone Collector jacket and pants in XL. The smackdown and the Protec XT was the answer, and I went for the Protec XT. On Robinsons (Scent Blocker) own site, this jacket is $149.99, and it`s around there at Cabelas\Amazone\other places I found it as well. Can`t even find it on bowhuntersssuperstore, and no price was mentioned in the mail regarding options for the Mack Daddy. But bowhunterssuperstore charged me $241.90 for it, same as the Mack Daddy was..... Isn`t that waaay to expensive for this jacket? Guess they only held it on this price to avoid having to pay me back, for the total ordre-amount was drawn from my paypal as soon as I ordered... My first ordre from bowhunterssuperstore, and as it seem right now it will also be my last.....

Adding $112 for shipping, + 25% norwegian tax, this will be a fairly expensive summer-gift for myself....! Really could fancy the jacket having it`s true, lower price!!!!!

Gotta update this one a bit as things went from bad to worse.... When the package arrived here, and I opened it eager to see and try my new hunting-outfit, it turned out that they had sent me TWO JACKETS instead of a jacket and a pant...... So opening day went by without a new Scent Blocker set to hunt with... Found me a set from another store at ebay instead, which are on it`s way as we speak.

Sent bowhunterssuperstore a mail telling them that they overcharged me earlier this summer right after the invoice arrived, no answer.... Sent them new mail telling them about the mistakes they`ve done with two jackets instead of jacket and pant and once again telling them about the $91 (+ 25% tax for me...) overcharge, but no answer arrived on that mail either.... Is this how bowhunterssuperstore.com treats all their custumers???? I shop alot from all over the world, flyfishing\fishing-gear, hunting\bowhunting-gear and stuv for my dslr. I have never experienced worse custumer-service, an answer on the overcharging and excuse for the forgotten pant is the least they could give me...

That totally sucks. I have never ordered from them and never even tought of it. If I am looking to order something online for hunting I usually just order from right here on Bowhunting.com. Great prices and usually has what I am looking for instock. Sorry to hear about all your troubles. Hope they get it all fixed for you quickly.

Ahhh.....didn`t even now of the store!!! Or I have seen the "Shop" button, but for some reason never pushed it...it`s mainly the forum I`ve been visiting. Thanks alot, I`ll surely check out here next time I`m about to order something. Just to make an example for others reading this; the Protec XT which I ended up with, is $149.9 on Robinson Outdoor, bowhunterssuperstore.com charged me $241.9 for it and here on bowhunting.com they goes for $115.99........ BUGGER, if I only had know this a little earlier :-)

I`ve used bowhunterssupplystore.com and huntersfriend.eu (huntersfriend division in Europe) and both these have given outstanding service! But none of them had Scent Blocker-clothing, that`s what brought me to bowhunterssuperstore.com and made me give them a try. Never again I say.....

First time I sent them a mail about the overcharging was july 23, and the mail regarding two jackets and overcharging went from me in the start of this week. So "quickly" is long overdue hehe...

I didn't realize you were in Norway. Doubt bh.com would ship to you but either way sucks the way bowhunterssuperstore treated you.

I was just out searching for an answer to that :-) Only USA and Canada... Well, there are ways to get around that one to. Some companies that "lend" you an adress in the states and send you items as they arrive. That`s the way I would have to do it if ordering from Robinson Outdoor themself as well. Or we always have ebay, not much you ain`t gonne find there!

I have seen a number of complaints come from that company. I'm not sure how they're even still in business.
Hope you get everything taken care of soon.

Try Sportsman guide.I have ordered New Plano AW bow case and tree stand and have had good service from them with good shipping costs. I am in the UK and when I have looked at ordering bits and pieces off Ebay and the shipping cost have been very high to have it sent from the US to the UK.

Just ordered a new Rinehart 3D deer target from them:D:D

Hey, that`s really nice prices!!! I just put a 3d Glendel full-rut buck in my basket to see what the shipping was, but it did not come up there. Or I had to put out my name and info to get it I think, I didn`t bother right now as the wife would kill me if I bought any more bowhunting-gear this month ;-) How much did you have to pay for the Plano-case in shipping to UK? I paid $112 for shipping my bone collector plano AW and the clothing from bowhunterssuperstore.....

I ordered some yellow moon nocks from them and received black. It was only a $6.99 purchase but they still wanted me to pay for return shipping.
