Bow year please!

    My guess would be 1970-78. The "K" in the serial # started in 1970, before that it was a number which designated the year, the "U" is the model (kodiak)? The medallion can help narrow down the year as well. Here's some pics to compare and you can go to Archery freaks website, he has a lot of good info on there.
