when i first got my bow it was rather accurate even from the shop. i noticed my rest was dead center of the witness marks and the arrow was straight ( up/down/left/right ) so to speak from here, i adjust the pins to get everything trued up ? ( using points ) then once this is complete, i adjust the bow using the rest right ? ( broadheads ) ive been doing it this way and still get very nice groups. but some have been telling me you should adjust the rest with points aswell, which confused me
Here are a couple articles on correctly tuning your bow. This one is about the basics: http://www.bowhunting.com/publisher/bowhunting-knowledge/2008/9/1/bow-tuning-basics and this one covers broadhead tuning: http://www.bowhunting.com/publisher...2008/9/2/field-point-accuracy-with-broadheads This should cover your questions on tuning.
