    thinking about quietening my bow, want hear you, what you use? string silencer, do you loose speed? limb dampeners, cable silencer etc. have any affect on your hunt?

    Not enough to where you will ever know. I use mostly Bowjax stuff. I just like their products better than limbsaver.

    A heavier arrow will reduce noise.

    Best silencer I have ever discovered is a heavier arrow.

    heavier arrows are beneficial in more ways too, like more penetration and bow efficiency.

    i know that heavier arrow reduce noise, but i like more speed arrow, beacause that i want silencing bow on another way, i was looking bowjax stuff and think it is nice product for bow dampening, i have their one product, cable rod dampener it is nice i want try limb dampeners.

    Your really not going to notice much with limb/string silences. They will help some, though. Does your bow have a string stop? That's the next best thing to a heavy arrow.

    Limbsaver, Bowjax, or X-Factor Outdoor Limb Silencers. As for the strings I shoot X-Factor Outdoors String Silencers and like them.
