    You can get flagship models that are a few years old with accessories for under $1k. Check the classified section on here. Always mathews, elite, hoyt, pse for sale.

    Plenty if good used bows out there. I got my Mathews ZX3 almost brand new off eBay for $450. Check eBay, Craigslist and classifieds. Plenty for sale at good prices.
