I recently bought a new house and set up a couple rooms in the basement as man cave/complex...In one area I am making a work bench/bow tuning station...I have the chrono, vise and everything else but the one thing I am missing is a new bow press. I sold my old center pull press two years ago.....now I am press-less, not a good feeling Here are my choices along with some back round info. I mostly just work on my own bows and once in while a friends. I am kinda gear nut and pretty particular about equipment, I prefer to buy something that I wouldn't consider upgrading soon. Value is more import to me then price. All of the bows I shoot are modern( 2009, 2010)....I listed the presses below, if anyone has any input it would be appreciated greatly. I have the standard model. You will never be disappointed in this press. I assume the same would be true about green model also.
