I am wanting to know exactly what my bow poundage is set to. I’m was gonna turn it all the way up and then back it off. My bow specs say 70 pd max draw weight. Does that mean that if I crank it all the way against the stops it will be 70 or does it go past? Thanks in advance...

Cranked down tight your weight could be a few pounds + or - of 70. Although I'd recommend increasing incrementally and not starting cranked all the way down. You need to have it comfortable to shoot when you practice for an hour or so, not just the max you can draw for one shot at an animal. My Triax is at 58 lbs and my BTX-28 is at 65lbs (because of the cam setting). I've blown through deer and turkey so I'm happy. I can shoot either one for multiple hours without significant fatigue. The last thing I want for me is to have the added strain of drawing my bow when a buck comes by. I'm already gonna be excited enough as it is.

The only reason I know my draw weights is because I had them set at the shop and they put them on a scale. So you'll need a scale to know the exact weight.

Ok thanks! I turned it all the way up and then backed off to 62.
