    What sort of maintenance do you have to do to a bow and how much?

    Don't get it wet, too hot, too dry and keep the strings waxed and shoot the heck out of it.

    How often do you wax the strings? I want trouble free bow that shoots dead on. Lol

    This is gonna take a lot more than waxing the string lol look up bow tuning on YouTube

    Strings are made out of plastics and heat will kill them quick. Wax is sticky base and only needs to be on the exposed parts not the servings. Too much waxing will attract dirt. Wax as often as you see the string needs it. Or if you shoot out doors in hunting conditions or rain. As for maintenance it all depends on on you and what you want to do. Youtube is a great source for maintaining a bow.
