Looks like my first Gobbler might have to be with my Boomstick. I was shooting my bow in the backyard Friday evening and my serving broke under my D-Loop. One of my knocks must have had a sharp edge on it. I took it in to be repaired yesterday and the guy tells me I need to replace my string too. It will take a couple of days. I'm off work Monday-Wednesday to hunt the opening few days. So I'm taking my Remington out with me in the morning. I have a second tag good for May3-9 so I guess that tag will be bow only.

You don't have a backup bow.... or three???

I think you're just looking for an excuse to use the Remington crutch. ;) Good luck anyhow!

"My backup has a backup". Ha, that's funny! How bad did your weather get? We just had heavy rain and even heavier winds, but the sirens never went off thank God.
