To be honest I would try to avoid looking at brands. Go shoot as many bows as you can and stick with what feels best for you. If you are new I would recommend looking into a Mission or another similar bow. They are affordable and easily adjustable

    Welcome to the site! :tu:

Good advice so far. Sometimes it's hard for a beginner to tell the small differences in bows. It's good to shoot a variety to see if something feels better, but there's a good chance that there will be a few that feel better than others. Then it's just a matter of your budget and aesthetic preferences

It's pretty hard to find a bad bow these days!

Welcome to the site and the addiction. What they said is dead on. Go shoot as many as you can and go with what feels right. Most shops will be more than willing to help you out.

Welcome to the forums. There are so many variables in choosing a bow. In-person advise from a staffer at a pro shop will be very helpfull. Bowhunting equipment is very personalized in that your equipment must fit YOU. After you get your feet wet in this sport, you will have a better idea of what to look for in equipment.

Welcome....They all make good bows anymore. I would just pick one that feels best to you. For me its PSE...! I would find a local Archery shop that is good...if you have any of those around. I don't....we have them...but their not very good. Just get what feels best to you.
