Im going to hunt out of a pop up blind this year and i herd somthing where you can use rage broadheads because it will cause them to open up when shooting, is this true ? and if it is what is a good broadhead that i can use for a pop up blind for a good price.

It depends on how you shoot out of a blind. Some blinds have the screens you can shoot through over the window openings. Personally I've never trusted this for bow hunting. If you try and shoot a rage through that, the thinking is the screen will cause the blades to deploy. If you don't have the screens, it's no different than shooting out of stand.

Most people put a rubber band around a Rage when shooting it through the mesh screen of a pop-up blind... either way, you need to take a few practice shots in your back yard with it before trying it with a live animal out front on D-Day.
