I can tell you I have a pair of Realtree AP coveralls which work great, and a pair of Mossy Oak Redhead BDU's and Mossey Oak Long sleeve shirt to add for layers under the coveralls, if I use a climber I have a pair of the 3D camo's that go over the RH BDU's. I never have used scentlock, block, or controlled clothing I never needed them before so why now? I just wash the clothing in Non-scented, sprey them down, and leave them outside worked ever season for me and I also prefer stalk hunting over the sit and wait approach, but either way works for me.
But I guess it's whatever you find comforting, whats in your budget, or maybe you want the best marketed product out on the market? either way use your mind and you cant go wrong.

Yes I agree. I wear a Rocky Jacket, Rocky Coat, pants from walmart, bibs from ****s, and a hat from Rocky. All my under sstuff is just long sleeve shirts and and sweatpants that have been washed in scent control stuff.

    This is my basic list.

    $20 - X-System top
    20 - X-System btm
    40 - X-system pant (light)
    40 - X-System shirt (light)
90 - Super Slam pants, wp & lined (Cabelas)
20 - fleece button up shirt (heavy)
    20 - fleece vest
    40 - thin camo jacket
120 - Game Hide jacket wp & lined
    50 - X-System hat/hood/gloves/socks
    ------------------
$450 would cover every hunting situation you would have. Now decide what is most important and start with that. You say a quiter jacket. I can aggree need one. then, then next most important items are the X-System (or other silver fiber) base layer/gloves/hat. There are manycompanys that make it. X-System it the best price I can find and works well. Never smell and keeps you cool or warm.

I find it a fleet farm some times and order from here:
