who uses 'em, what brand, what made you decide to use 'em ... yesterday, while in a tree, I alway do a few practice draws, keep muscle's loose, make sure all is well .... I will preface by saying I use gloves that do have the anti-slip on the palms and fingers, works fine in dry weather .... it was a misty damp morning, but clearing.... I grabbed the bow for a practice draw, it was very damp, the grip was impossible to draw with, it felt like silicone had been put on it ... Ive got a bad left wrist (broke years back), there was no way I could drawn, as it felt like the bow would slip and turn sideways ( my wrist problem).. no problem when dry out .... there is no way I could have drawn on a deer I believe and I dont want to have that happen again in inclement weather I read many reviews and articles/watched vids on grip tape, lizard skin wrap and the Bomar grip wrap ( I would cut the Bomar name off btw ( f him, dont want that name on any of my equipment). ....one vid says the Lizard Skin and Bowmar is the same, just different 'bumps' on 'em, are they the same ?? ... is there something better ??
Lizard skin. Comes in three sizes .5, 1.1 and 1.8. One roll will do two grips. The 1.1 is generally your best bet as a compromise. The 1.8 is too thick especially where your wrap over laps. The .5 is fine over an installed grip, however is really thin if your just wrapping the riser with no side plates.

I have a roll of skateboard tape and cut a piece to fit the back of my grip. It’s very repeatable for me and your hand sticks where you put it. It gets worn out over time but it’s cheap
Renfrow Cloth Hockey Tape would probably work for similar scenarios. Its cheap, and when it wears out, can peel it off and put more back on really easily. This will be route if I start having issues with grip on bow.

the wraps helped me, I now have them on my SR350 and the Ritual 33 .... on the SR350, I had wrapped it prior to the season, and during wet weather, no slippage ... OND, yes, the wraps helped, but I use a glove as it is .... I was more worried about slippage ..
I'm weird. I tried a grip wrap for a bit and I prefer the slicker feeling of the grip to let the bow "find the spot on my hand". The tape I felt like I was having to adjust myself too much to get the grip where I like it. I do like the idea of it feeling better to the hand in cold weather though. I may have to revisit using it again and just get used to it.
