Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie looking for advice on a compound bow for some whitetail deer hunting in a suburban setting. Our neighborhood has been overrun with Deer and they're destroying everything - I'm hoping to reduce the population around my house. The local laws allow for 150 ft from neighbors premises and I have about 2 acres I've gone through the education and acquired a license - I'm now looking for a bow. I was looking at both the Bear Archery Cruzer G2 & Bear Divergent Compound Hoping to get some advice from people with some experience. I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. Thank you

One of the absolute best things to do when new and bow shopping is to go to a Shop and shoot several bows. Any good shop will do a simple setup so you can shoot a few of the bows you like. This way you can see which one feels the best to you. The Tech at the Shop can also help with getting the correct draw length figured out for you. Go shoot the bows with the specs you like and are in your price range. One of them usually stands out.
