Jan 29, 30, 31 I'll be at the Illinois Fish and Feather Expo, pushing bowfishing and teaching kids how to shoot bows.

Feb 6th, I'll either be at Bowfishing Association of America Spring meeting in TN or I'll be at the Bloomington Sportsman's Banquet (charity fundraiser)

Feb 26, 27, 28 I'll be at the Illinois Deer and Turkey Classic, pushing bowfishing and teaching kids how to shoot bows.

March 6, 7th I'll be at the Elmwood AllOutdoors Show, pushing bowfishing and teaching kids how to shoot bows.

April 17-18, I'll be at the Billy Davis Memorial Bowfishing Tournament at Rend Lake. 12 hour tourny.

June 5-6th, Illinois Bowfishers State Championship Tournament at Lake Shelbyville. 20 hour tournament

June 12th, I'll be at the Two Rivers Family Fishing Fair in Grafton IL. Pushing bowfishing and teaching kids how to shoot bows.

June 19, meeting with the Bowyer to the Emperor of Japan again. (maybe, depending on my schedule)

June 19?, IL Youth Bowfishing Tournament.

June 26, some get together in NE IL or the ASA shoot down in Metropolis

July.. well you get the idea.

Other dates to be scheduled in... Ice breaker tournament, Lake Mermet Tourny, Drill and Grill, Carlyle Classic, IFOR Youth Camp, Wonder Lake Tournament, Rough Fish Round Up, Poole Carp Shoot and a few others.

Somewhere in there I need to put in 40 hours of volunteer time where I hunt.

......needless to say, my schedule fills up so fast its not even funny. :(

Maybe I'll get down to Texas for alligator gar or Florida for hogs and stingrays... Maybe some elk hunting in CO.

    ugh.

I should add I'm also hoping to shoot some fish with Christine before I head back to Canada the beginning of May........that is, if I don't lose an eye from one of her rubberbands at the IL Deer Classic.

Not much this year. The new job's vacation is quite what I was originally told.

May - black bear in QC (this is a great trip)
Sept - hopefully elk in NM if I draw a tag, if not may go caribou hunting in QC again
Oct-Jan - whitetails in OH and IN

A lot of wishes and hopes for sweet tags drawn, but unless I draw a slammer unit/tag, most likely a bunch of deer hunting in my home state and one other. Then turkey and my big goal of the year is to bag an archery speed goat. Hunted them several times a day here or there, but haven't really devoted much time to it, so really want to focus on that. Will also put in for several elk and sheep tags, but doubt I'll draw much.... Guess only X factor would be if I try and pull off a trip to visit my brother in AK late summer and want to try some archery caribou hunting for a few days....
