Well I finally got me a new handgun, a Para Ordnance 14-45 LDA. Its a double stack, 14 round capacity .45, and I love it. I have put around 130 rounds through it so far. Its definitely going to be easier to carry while shed hunting than my .44 mag
Fine looking gun! I've looked at this exact model as well, what type of deal you get on it if you don't mind? LGS, online, or from a person?
I bought it from a friend that is working on my truck, and spent $650 on it. He had only shot it around 100 times, so its basically brand new still. Only one tiny scratch on it, and you have to really look to find it. It came with 2 14 round magazines, a 10 round restricted capacity magazine, and 40 rounds of cheap plinking bullets. All I need now is a good holster for concealed carry, and one for carrying in the woods. ***edit*** And the wood grips are aftermarket grips, I have to stock black ones in the box still
This is the holster I carry concealed. Ugly as sin, but very comfortable. http://crossbreedholsters.com/Super...efault.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName
I literally just watched the commercial for those holsters. They look like they are pretty nice, and who needs a good looking holster for CONCEALED carry? :D
If you're in the market, take my word and just get it. Takes about a week to break it in, and then you have a week to send it back if you'd like. The price is right also IMO. I carry a Sig 226, and don't know I have it on.
I'm seriously thinking about it. I'm taking my concealed carry class in February, so I'm looking to get one fairly quickly
