Looking for a anecdotal boudin recipe. Want to keep it as deer filled as I can for it to be worthwhile. Anyone have any decent recipes or starters? I came into some ground deer from a buddy who hunts for bragging rights so I've got a hankering to experiment. We already cleared out our freezer for the most part so this meat can be used for something different than tacos, burgers and pasta. Thanks in advance
