I have seen this deer all over my 40 acres he is now showing up in day light, I believe him to be about 125-130” and 3.5 years old.

Question is on 40 acres where my neighbors do hunt would you pass this deer? Also your opinion on age and score.

I say you’re probably right on the age and score. Low 120’s probably. I’d talk to your neighbors and see if everyone can be in agreement and let him walk. If everyone can agree to that then next year could be a good year for one of you.

Ya I have talked to them a few times they are good people but also have young kids hunting so I would never ask to let a deer that excites them walk. But me personally I wanna get a deer over 150 and I know it won’t happen if they don’t reach their full potential. At 3.5 yr old I hope he has the potential but maybe not, he isn’t the biggest deer on our place but I believe he is the dominate one cause the others are scarce the past few weeks.

He looks like a 3yo to me. Almost looks older but it's hard to tell with the pics. Probably in the mid to high 130s.
