What is a good snake boot and waterproof?
What about the Irish Setters Vaprtrek?
That's a broad question!
You'll need to elaborate on your requirements. Waterproof? Lightweight? Insulated? Etc. , Etc., Etc....
you are going to get more answers than you want. whatever keeps your feet dry during wet conditions and another pair that are breathable in dry conditions. besides that, a boot that is comfortable.
I am looking for a snake boot and waterproof.
The ones that sparks my interest are the Irish setter vaprtrek
I am looking at the Irish Setter Vaprtrek any suggestions?
No opinion on those but I have a pair of the Lacrosse Alpha Snake boots, no complaints
I have Muck's Pursuit rubber snake boot. worth every penny.
So, you've had at least one snake hit your boot and it didn't penetrate?
I was surrounded by approximately 38 snakes, could of been as many as 400 though, I fought off most of them armed with only my good looks, charm and a pocket knife. I know out of all of the snakes approximately 23 bit me on the boots, I’m still here to this day so this is why I have no complaints.
I don’t like to tell that story as I like to keep my heroics to myself and some would even have the audacity to argue it was a lie. I however know the truth.
NY doesn't have many high points but not many snakes is one of them... Vile creatures
Luckily Iv only ever seen harmless ones in FL. Used to see a lot of Adders in England but only in the summer.
no experience with snake boots. I don't have any deadly snakes in my area. besides i'll go out of my way to kill any snake before it has a chance to bite me. I hate those things.
I see guys going out all the time python hunting in the Everglades. Yeah no thanks
